Ingredients
  

  • ½ medium sized avocado
  • 2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 medium sized frozen bananas

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend into a smoothie consistency. Only add water if the blender can't get the ingredients to blend.
  2. Divide the smoothie over 2 tall glasses.
